About Caroline

Dr Caroline Kitcatt BA, Dip Counselling, PGCM, PGCE, Adv Cert Counselling Supervision, MBACP (Snr Accred)

"I bring my experience at senior level to my practice

as a coach."

I qualified as a professional counsellor at the University of East Anglia in 1996, having worked in a variety of management positions in both the public and commercial sector.  Since then, I have gained experience of the charity sector at a senior executive level, and of higher education in my work training counsellors.  As a result, I bring a wealth of experience to my practice as a coach.

I have been the Centre Director of the Norwich Centre since 1999. We provide counselling in organisations as well as in the local community.  I also train counsellors at all levels from beginners to Masters. My qualifications include counselling, supervision, management and education (adult learning).   I completed a Doctorate in Education at the University of East Anglia in 2010.

As a therapist I have worked on contracts with clients in business, education and the voluntary sector, but often the work has really been about leadership, working in organisations, and how to achieve balance with work and personal life, so coaching is the obvious progression for me to use my experience in management and as a therapist to help people lead a more fulfilling and successful life.

As a coach I have a particular interest in supporting those working or aspiring to work at senior level, I also have experience working with neurodiversity in the workplace.

I currently work online only, using video or phone. I have trained in working online with the

Online Therapy Institute.

I am an Affiliate Member of EMCC and work to their Code of Conduct for coaches.
