About Caroline

I am an EMCC Accredited Coach at Senior Practitioner level, with a background in leadership, management and therapy. I have found that my experience as a coach, therapist, and trainer gives me a good understanding of both individual,. team, and organisational dynamics which often impact on my clients' ability to achieve success.  I also understand the importance of our relationship with ourselves, and that this can play a key role in creating the beliefs and behaviours that can get in the way of living our lives to the full and achieving success at work  I aim to create a safe environment in which my clients can explore and develop their potential,  and also to provide a an appropriate level of encouragement and creative challenge.

With a long career in leadership and management,  I understand the pressures of contemporary working life, especially for women, both from my own experience, and  from my work with clients in a broad range of settings, including science and technology, the creative arts, higher education and  the third sector.  At an individual level I have a lot of experience of helping clients find direction and fulfilment in their personal as well as their careers. 

 

I currently work mainly online, using video or phone. I have trained in working online with the

Online Therapy Institute.

 

I work to the   EMCC  Code of Conduct for coaches and the NCPS Code of Ethics
